Plans & PricingHow much does Discord bot hosting cost?
Plans & Pricing
How much does Discord bot hosting cost?Basic is ₹19/month (256 MB RAM, 2 GB SSD, 1 MySQL database, 1 bot). Pro is ₹49/month (1.5 GB RAM, 5 GB SSD, 2 databases, up to 3 bots). Both include Pterodactyl panel, DDoS protection, and 24/7 uptime.
Plans & PricingWhat's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Plans & Pricing
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?RAM (256 MB vs 1.5 GB), storage (2 GB vs 5 GB), MySQL databases (1 vs 2), CPU share (50% vs 100%), and how many bot processes you can run (1 vs 3). Pro is better for production bots with databases and slash commands handling real users.
Plans & PricingCan I run multiple bots on one plan?
Plans & Pricing
Can I run multiple bots on one plan?Basic: 1 bot process. Pro: up to 3 bot processes sharing the plan's resources. If your bots are lightweight (small music bots, moderation), Pro handles 3 easily. Heavy bots — upgrade to Pro or split across separate plans.
Plans & PricingCan I upgrade later?
Plans & Pricing
Can I upgrade later?Yes. Upgrade any time from your dashboard or by opening a ticket. You pay the prorated difference for the remaining cycle. Your code, environment variables, and database stay intact — just a brief restart.
Languages & FrameworksWhat languages are supported?
Languages & Frameworks
What languages are supported?Node.js (discord.js, eris, oceanic.js) and Python (discord.py, nextcord, pycord). Custom runtimes are available on request — open a ticket and we'll install what you need.
Languages & FrameworksDo you support discord.js v14?
Languages & Frameworks
Do you support discord.js v14?Yes. Node.js 20 LTS is installed by default. Slash commands, buttons, select menus, modals, threads, and every v14 feature is supported. Just run npm install and start.
Languages & FrameworksCan I use TypeScript?
Languages & Frameworks
Can I use TypeScript?Yes. Compile locally and upload the built JavaScript, or install ts-node / tsx as a dev dependency and run directly. Runtime overhead is minimal either way.

DeploymentHow do I upload my bot?
Deployment
How do I upload my bot?Three ways: (1) SFTP — connect with any client like FileZilla or WinSCP. (2) Panel file manager — drag and drop in the browser. (3) Git clone — from the panel terminal, on Pro plans. Upload, set the startup command, hit Start.
DeploymentDo you support Git-based deploy?
Deployment
Do you support Git-based deploy?Yes on Pro plans — use git clone in the panel terminal and git pull to update. On Basic, upload via SFTP or the file manager.
DeploymentHow do I set environment variables?
Deployment
How do I set environment variables?Panel → Startup tab → Add variable. These are injected into your process env at startup — perfect for bot tokens, API keys, webhook URLs. Storing secrets as env vars is safer than a .env file, especially if you use Git.
DeploymentWhat's the startup command?
Deployment
What's the startup command?Node.js: node index.js (or whatever your entry file is). Python: python main.py. TypeScript with tsx: tsx index.ts. Set this in the Startup tab — you can change it any time without redeploying.
DeploymentHow do I install npm or pip dependencies?
Deployment
How do I install npm or pip dependencies?Open the panel console and run npm install or pip install -r requirements.txt. Packages persist between restarts. For faster installs, keep your dependencies in package.json or requirements.txt and commit that.
Uptime & Auto-restartDoes my bot stay online 24/7?
Uptime & Auto-restart

Uptime & Auto-restartWhat happens if my bot crashes?
Uptime & Auto-restart
What happens if my bot crashes? The panel detects the exit and restarts the process automatically. You'll see the restart event in the console log. Frequent crashes usually mean a bug in your code or an out-of-memory issue — check the log for the exit reason.
Uptime & Auto-restartIs there an uptime SLA?
