Plans & Pricing
How much does Minecraft hosting cost?Basic tier starts at ₹49/month (Dirt — 1.5 GB RAM, 10 players). Performance tier starts at ₹169/month (Iron — 4 GB RAM, 30 players). All plans include Pterodactyl panel, DDoS protection, and NVMe SSD storage.
Plans & PricingWhat's the difference between Basic and Performance tiers?
Plans & Pricing
What's the difference between Basic and Performance tiers?Basic runs on Intel CPUs and is ideal for small survival servers, light modpacks, and up to ~30 players. Performance runs on AMD EPYC with higher single-thread clock speeds, giving better TPS at higher player counts and with heavy plugins. If you're unsure, start with Basic and upgrade later — no penalty.

Setup & AccessHow fast is my server ready?
Setup & Access

How do I access my server panel? You'll receive a Pterodactyl panel login by email after payment. You can also access it any time from your dashboard → Servers → Open Panel. The panel handles console, files, plugins, backups, databases, and scheduled tasks.
Setup & AccessWhere are your Minecraft servers located?

Setup & AccessWhich Minecraft versions do you support?

Performance & LimitsWhat happens if my server goes over its resource cap?
Performance & Limits
What happens if my server goes over its resource cap?During startup, you get a 5-minute tolerance — this is normal (world loading, plugin init). If your server still exceeds the cap after 5 minutes, it enters an idle state automatically.
Performance & LimitsWhy does my server enter idle state?
Performance & Limits
Why does my server enter idle state?Idle state is our fair-use protection. It prevents one server from starving others on the same host. Your server resumes automatically after 30–45 minutes, or open a ticket for a faster restore.
Performance & LimitsCan I run a heavily modded server on Dirt (1.5 GB)?
Performance & Limits
Can I run a heavily modded server on Dirt (1.5 GB)?1.5 GB is tight. Works well for vanilla or up to ~20 light mods. For modpacks like All the Mods or Create: Above and Beyond, go with Stone (4 GB) or higher. Heavy modpacks are RAM-hungry.
Performance & LimitsHow many players can join my server?
Performance & Limits
How many players can join my server?Guidance: Dirt — 5 to 10 concurrent players. Stone — 20 to 30. Obsidian (8 GB) — 40 to 60. Gold (16 GB) — 100+. Actual capacity depends on plugins, world size, and mods. Nothing stops more from joining; performance degrades first.
Mods & PluginsCan I install mods and plugins?
