1. Summary
Because our services involve provisioning real hardware and bandwidth immediately upon payment, we operate on a no-refund-on-delivered-services basis. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unused time, or plans cancelled mid-cycle.
Two exceptions apply: (1) if your service isn't delivered within 1 hour, you get a full refund automatically — this applies to every customer, first-time or not; and (2) a one-time 48-hour refund on the Discord Bot Basic plan for first-time customers. Details in Sections 3 and 4.
2. General Refund Policy
- All purchases are final once the service is successfully delivered — unless they fall under one of the two exceptions below.
- Partial refunds for unused time are not offered.
- Cancelling mid-cycle stops future renewals but does not refund the current cycle.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable.
- Minecraft, VPS, Web Hosting, Discord Bot Pro, and all higher-tier plans are non-refundable once provisioned.
- Domains, SSL certificates, and any third-party add-ons are non-refundable once purchased.
3. 1-Hour Delivery Guarantee
Every paid service on SagaHosting is provisioned automatically. Normally it's live in under 60 seconds. If for any reason your service is not delivered within 1 hour of a successful payment, you are entitled to a full refund of that purchase.
- Applies to every plan — Minecraft, Discord Bots, Web Hosting, VPS, everything.
- Applies to every customer — first-time or repeat, no exceptions on eligibility.
- Not conditional on whether you're satisfied with the service — this is purely about whether we delivered it in time.
- Once the service is delivered (even if you later decide you don't like it), this guarantee no longer applies.
- The refund covers the full amount paid, including any tax.
- Using this guarantee does not count against your one-time Bot Basic refund (Section 4). The two are independent.
To claim: contact support with your order ID and mention that the 1-hour delivery window has passed. We verify the timestamp, and if it checks out, refund in full — no arguments.
4. 48-Hour Refund — Discord Bot Basic (₹19)
Separately from the delivery guarantee above, the Discord Bot Basic plan (₹19/month) comes with a strictly limited satisfaction refund for first-time customers. This is different from the delivery guarantee — it applies after the service is delivered, if you decide it isn't right for you.
- Applies only to the Discord Bot Basic plan (₹19/month).
- Does not apply to Discord Bot Pro, Minecraft, VPS, Web Hosting, or any other plan.
- Must be requested within 48 hours of the original payment.
- Applies only to first-time customers — this must be your first ever paid plan on SagaHosting.
- One refund per customer, ever. Once used, no further satisfaction refunds on any plan will be issued.
- The account must not have consumed more than 48 hours of service at the time of request.
- Renewals and upgrades do not qualify.
- Delivery refunds under Section 3 do not count against this one-time quota. Both are independent.
- Abuse (repeated signups, alternate accounts, fraudulent refunds) results in permanent ban.
Refunds under this policy are processed through the same 5–7 business day window as any other approved refund. You must contact support to request this refund — there is no automated button.
5. How to Request
- Email [email protected] or open a ticket from your dashboard.
- Include your account email, order ID, and the reason (delivery delay or Bot Basic 48-hour refund).
- We will review and respond within 24 hours.
- Keep the request focused on one of the two qualifying cases — see Section 8 for what happens if you mislabel other issues as refunds.
6. Staff Response Time
We commit to responding to every refund request within 12 to 24 hours. In practice, most requests are handled well within this window.
7. Auto-Approval Promise
If we fail to respond within 24 hours, your refund is automatically approved — no further questions asked. This is our promise, and we hold ourselves to it.
You don't need to chase us. If 24 hours have passed without a response, reply to your original message with “24h passed” and we will process the refund immediately.
8. Misusing Refund Requests
Refunds are for the two specific cases above: a service that wasn't delivered within 1 hour, or the 48-hour Discord Bot Basic refund on a first purchase. Our support team handles other issues (billing questions, feature requests, technical problems, cancellations) through normal tickets.
If you repeatedly label other issues as “refund requests” to jump the queue or pressure us into refunding a delivered service, you may receive a formal warning. Continued misuse can lead to account suspension under our Terms of Service.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve genuine refund requests quickly.
- Filing a chargeback without first contacting us results in immediate suspension and permanent account termination.
- If you have already consumed 10 or more days of service and then file a chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the amount through appropriate legal channels.
- All services associated with a charged-back account are terminated immediately, and any remaining balance is forfeited.
10. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days through Cashfree, our payment processor. The exact time for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method, typically 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. Any currency conversion fees are outside our control.
